Shipping policy

Our Alpengummis are sent to all EU countries by the Austrian postal service.
Austrian Post sends our parcels CO2 neutral.

Delivery to the EU

The delivery time is currently 7-14 working days. In case of high demand, delivery times may be slightly longer due to manual production bottlenecks. From a gross order value of 40,00 € we deliver the order free of charge. Below this limit the shipping costs are 4,00 €.

Transport damage

If transport damage should occur, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible (within one day).
